About

I’m Chris West, a Senior UX Designer specializing in consumer AI/ML products and enterprise developer tools. I spend my time translating highly technical systems into clear, customer-centered experiences at scale.

For the past six years at Amazon AWS I've defined and driven UX vision for generative AI, computer vision, and edge computing service. I am currently shaping the next-generation features for Gateways and Policies on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. I have a track record of delivering measurable outcomes in ambiguous, engineering-driven environments, and of aligning product, engineering, and executive stakeholders around a unified experience strategy.

Before AWS I led experience design at WonderWorkshop, creating award-winning educational robots and apps that teach children to code, and grew from designer to design lead over six years at Disney Interactive on large-scale cross-platform games.
